"Department of Pesticide Regulation Licensing and Certification fees are not increasing during calendar year 2026
The California Food and Agricultural Code Section 11502.5(h) requires that if the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) determines that licensing fees may be increased over the current calendar year, that determination must be made and announced by January 31st of each year. Based on current license renewal and new submission rates and forecasted expenditures for calendar year 2026, DPR will not pursue increasing licensing and certification fees this year."
