Membership Policies: Memberships must be purchased on an individual basis — we do not offer company or group memberships. Membership must be paid before, or at the same time as, a CE course in order to receive the member discount on the CE course. Discounts are then applied to the rest of the CE courses purchased for that calendar year. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Membership benefits are subject to change without notice.
Please note: PAPA cannot submit your DPR certificate/license renewal to DPR for you, even if you're a current member. PAPA does report the hours that you earn at our CE courses to DPR automatically, typically within one week of course completion. You do not need to report your hours to DPR.
Payment Options: You may pay online with a debit/credit card or eCheck. You must be signed in to your account before you can process a payment online. For card payments by phone, please call 831-442-3536. We no longer accept mailed checks or payments via email. We do not accept purchase orders. If ACH/EFT is your only payment option, PAPA will enroll. Please send all necessary enrollment documents to info@papaseminars.com.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: PAPA does not offer refunds or cancellations for membership purchases.
