Photo ID will be required for entry to all PAPA events.
Payment Options: You may pay online with a debit/credit card by adding a test prep course to your cart. You must be logged in to process a payment online. For email, mail-in, check, or fax payments, please click here for the printable registration form. For phone payments, please call 831-442-3536. We do not accept purchase orders or hold spaces in a test prep course without receiving payment.
Fax Policy: If you fax your registration and do not receive a confirmation or receipt from us, please contact email@example.com to ensure that your fax was received. Do not rely on your fax service indicating that the transmission was successful, as this is not always accurate.
Late Fee Policy: Mailed-in payments must be postmarked 8 calendar days or more in advance of the test prep in order to avoid late fees. Late registration begins 5 calendar days before the test prep for online, phone, fax, or email registrations.
Refund and Transfer Policy: We do not offer refunds. If you would like to transfer your registration to a different test prep, please call us at 831-442-3536 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The following timeline applies to cancellations/no-shows:
- Before 4:00 pm the day prior to the event: Full registration can be transferred.
- After 4:00 pm the day prior through 60 days after the event: $30 will be deducted from your registration fee. The remaining funds can be transferred and you will need to repay the $30 to complete your transfer.
- After 60 days, our no-show policy applies.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a test prep course, please notify us via phone or email within 60 days post-test prep. If you do not contact us within 60 days, your registration fee will be forfeited completely.
