2012 PAPA Scholarships For 2012 PAPA will be offering 2 different types of scholarships. There will be 2 scholarships offered for Ag students and one scholarship available for PAPA members children (Legacy Scholarship). The Pesticide Applicators Professional Association is a California non-profit, public benefit corporation which is dedicated to providing Continuing Education and to the implementation of safe and effective pest control techniques. As a member of PAPA benefits will include a quarterly newsletter, the Applicator News and planning committee opportunities.
