Frank Elliott

Frank Elliott has had his QAL since 1980 and have been a PCA since 1987. FrankI worked at Abate-A-Weed in Bakersfield, CA for 5 years on Industrial Spray Rigs and also the Horticulture Spray Rig. In 1987 heI was hired by the City of Bakersfield as Spray Rig Operator. He scheduled spraying of all ornamental areas for weed & insect control throughout the city. Frank retired in 2005.

This is Frank's first term as a PAPA Board Member. He has worked with the PAPA planning committee in Bakersfield for about 25 years.

Frank and his wife of 25 years have two children and three grand children. They enjoy traveling, AZ, CO, HI, ME, MA, NV, OK, OR, UT, WA, with the highlight being February 2010 in South Florida where they watched from the Saint's end zone as the New Orleans Saints upset the Indianapolis Colts in Super Bowl XLIV.
