David Martin

David Martin works for the Napa Sanitation District as the Reclamation System Director. David has 15 yrs in the wastewater treatment water recycling industry. David attended, San Joaquin Delta Community College, Cal State University Fresno. David began attending PAPA meetings in 1996 and have served on Planning Committees in Northern California for 11 years.

David is married for 18 years to Patricia and have two Children, Jacolby 17 and Victoria 12. David’s time away from work is spent contributing to the Napa community by volunteering through several fraternal organizations. The Martin family continue to enjoy summer vacationing throughout the United States, and Canada traversing the lower 48 several times.
