Cliff Utley

Cliff is the Owner and President of Cliff’s Pest Control, Inc.  Cliff’s Pest Control, Inc. was founded by his parents in 1972. Cliff and his wife Kathy purchased the business in 1997. Cliff is licensed in Branch II (Pest Control); Branch III (Termite) and have a Qualified Applicator’s license in the following categories (A, B, C, D and K). Cliff started in the Pest Control industry in 1989. 

Cliff has worked with the PAPA planning committee in the San Bernardino area for twelve years. Cliff  is currently on my second term with the PAPA Board. Cliff and his wife have been married for 29 years and has two sons and five grandchildren.  The Utley’s enjoy a semi-country life on an acre of property with four horses; two dogs; two goats and a cat.
