SAN DIEGO Wednesday, August 6, 2008 7:30 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. Marina Village - 1936 Quivira Way, San Diego, CA 92109 DIRECTIONS FROM INTERSTATE 5 - Take the SEA WORLD DRIVE exit. From SEA WORLD DRIVE, take WEST MISSION BAY DRIVE on your right. When you see the large green sign that says QUIVIRA ROAD, get in the farthest left of the two left turn lanes. Turn left, go one very short block & turn left again. Drive about 1 half mile and MARINA VILLAGE will be on your right. FROM INTERSTATE 8 -Take the WEST MISSION BAY DRIVE exit to the right. You will be on INGRAHAM STREET for a short distance from which you will take the next exit marked WEST MISSION BAY DRIVE on your right. Registration is 30 minutes prior to start time.

Morning coffee, refreshments and lunch included in registration fee.

Early registration fee $200.00 per person.

Late registration $225.00 per person. Registration less than 10 days before course or at the door if seating is available, credit cards faxed less than 10 days before the class will be considered late. Purchase orders not accepted. Registration is final, there will be no refunds.

HOW CAN I ATTEND?

	To pay by credit card via fax, (Visa or MasterCard) click here for a printable version of our fax-in registration form. Submit your completed form to the fax number provided on the form. Be sure all information written is clear and legible as faxed documents can lose quality during transmission.
	Register online using your credit card (Visa or MasterCard) by clicking here and completing the online registration process. We will process your request and verify your reservation within 5-7 business days
	To pay by check or money order, you can obtain printable version of our mail-in form by clicking here. Mail us your completed form along with your check or money order for payment in full to the address provided on the form and we will process your request promtply. All mail-in registrations must be postmarked no later than 10 days prior the meeting date to avoid paying late registration fees.

HOW DO I TAKE THE QAC TEST?

You will need to contact the DPR Licensing Department at 916-445-4038 to obtain the application to take the test and the test schedule. You must file your application with DPR 30 days prior to the testing date. More information is available on their website www.cdpr.ca.gov.

Remember to register early, because once the maximum of 50 spaces has been reached per location, registration will close, no exceptions. Questions?? Call (831) 442-3536
