INFORMATION REGARDING PAPA ON-LINE COURSES
1. Add each course to your shopping cart. If you want to register for more than one course, please add all the courses you want to the shopping cart, then pay for them at one time. You do not need to register for each on-line course separately.
2. If you are an employer paying for multi employees to take an on-line course(s), each email address must be unique. You cannot use the same address for each employee. You will need to register each employee separately.
3. After paying for the on-line courses, you will receive 1 email for each course that you have paid for. The email will be coming from judy@papaseminars.com. If you do not see them in your email box, check your spam folder. You should receive the email(s) within one hour of submitting payment. If you do not receive them, please call our office, it’s possible that the email address entered was typed incorrectly. The PAPA staff will have to manually correct that for you and then re-send the course information. Please note, our office hours are 8am-5pm.
4. Upon completion of the on-line course, you will be able to print off your certificate of completion. Make sure you have a printer attached at the time you complete the course.
5. If you do not pass the course, you can go back to the original email and attempt the course again.
6. Any classes completed will post to your record in approximately 2-3 weeks.
7. You can only take each course once.
