late. Purchase orders not accepted. Registration
is final, there will be no refunds.

will also be covered. How Can I Attend? Please read
the “How To Register” panel and submit your registration
form by mail if paying by check or by fax if paying
by credit card. Once the maximum of 100 spaces has been reached per location, registration

QAL Test? You will need to contact the DPR
Licensing Department at 916-445-4038 to obtain
the application to take the test and the test schedule. You
must file your application with DPR 30 days prior
